Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

  • Weight limit: Each dumpster rental includes up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs).

  • Overweight charges: $100 per additional ton

  • Fill line: Do not fill above the marked fill line. Items above the fill line will not be accepted and sill incur extra charges or require removal.

  • Placement: Dumpster will be placed at the agreed-upon location. Customer must ensure safe, legal access to the placement area.

  • Prohibited items (do not place in the dumpster): chemicals, oils, paint, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, asbestos, fluorescent bulbs, batteries, propane tanks, fuels, medical waste, appliances containing refrigerants, and mattresses.

  • No dirt or concrete: Dirt, soil, sod, rocks, bricks, asphalt, concrete, and other similar heavy inert materials are strictly prohibited.

  • Accepted items: Household trash, construction debris, roofing materials,

    • Mattress — $100 each

    • Tire — $25 per tire

    • Please separate mattresses and tires from other waste and have them accessible for removal.

  • Driveways and property: We are not responsible for cracks, scratches, or other damage to driveways, turf, sidewalks, or property surfaces resulting from dumpster placement, pickup, or use.

  • Safety and liability: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on or near the dumpster, including injuries to persons or property. The customer is responsible for site safety and for keeping people, children, and pets away from the dumpster.

  • Customer responsibility: Ensure prohibited items are not placed in the dumpster. Remove or properly dispose of any prohibited materials before pickup. Additional fees may apply for removal of prohibited items or for overweight/overfill situations.

  • Access for pickup: Dumpster must be accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If access is blocked, additional service or rescheduling fees may apply.

By using our dumpster, you agree to these terms and any applicable local laws or regulations.
